Profitable Recipes
Some of the recipes are costly and it needs expensive ingredients. Most cooking recipes Stardew Valley dishes are sold at lesser prices but the cost of the products is high. However, few give profit by using the lower-quality ingredients. It is better to process ingredients in a Keg, Cheese Press, Mayonnaise Machine, and preserves jar for maximum profits.
The Algae Soup (+Gold.png40g), and Pale Broth (+Gold.png100g), are the only noteworthy exceptions. In processed jars, you can make the recipes no longer beneficial. In almost all cases the fish smokers are better in processing the fish. Typically, to turn into sashimi the fish sells below the 28g is prosperous. With the angler profession, no fish is more profitable to turn sashimi.
Understanding Buff
A buff is a temporary boost or effect you get after eating certain foods or drinks in Stardew Valley. While you have the buff active, you can only eat one type of food at a time, and if you eat another food, the effects of the previous one will disappear. There’s a section at the top right of the screen that shows the active buff. When you use a buff outside that area, it will show the source or timer of the buff.
The buff lasts for different amounts of time depending on the drink. Drinks like coffee, green tea, and triple shot espresso each give their own separate buff. Using Qi seasoning will make the buff last 50% longer. The only exception is Squid Ink Ravioli, which works the same as the other foods. Now you are thinking what is this Qi Seasoning? Read next about it.
Qi Seasoning
Qi Seasoning is a special item in Stardew Valley that makes your cooked food even better. When you use it, your food’s energy, health, and selling price improve. For example, if you cook Seafoam Pudding with Qi Seasoning, it gives +5 fishing instead of +4. You can keep the Qi Seasoning in your mini-fridge or freezer. If you run out of it, you’ll get an alert saying you’ve used all the Qi Seasoning. You can buy it in the Walnut Room for 10 Qi Gems.
Quest With Treasures
The Cooking Stardew Valley held the contest and quest in a timely manner. All the quests have distinct rules to follow. You have to face different challenges in the Qi’s Cuisine the freshly cooked items are worth 100,000g. Before the start of the quest, you have to put the word Fresh at the beginning of the dish’s name. Just like a fresh omelet and fresh fried eggs etc. Additionally, the Stardew Valley cooked dishes can give you more customers.
Remember
In Stardew Valley, when you need ingredients for cooking, the game looks in three places:
- Your inventory (your backpack)
- The big fridge (in your house)
- The mini-fridge (if you have one)
When you press the “organize” button, the game puts the lowest quality ingredients in the bottom-right corner. So, if you want to save your best ingredients for important recipes, be careful where you put them. For example, tuna fish can be used for fish tacos or sashimi. If you put mussels in the bottom-right corner, the game will use them first, and keep the tuna for better recipes.
Where your fridge is in the house doesn’t matter, but if you have more than one fridge, the game looks at them in order, starting with the first one.
